We are happy to pricematch if we are more expensive for an IDENTICAL product. It is only available on ATOL protected holidays and each element must match exactly. We will check all prices live with the company. We do not match price comparison websites, where the prices are not live and online bookable.
Whenever you shop with Horizon Direct we want you to know you’re getting a great deal. That’s why we have created the our own Price Match which is your guarantee that you’re never paying too much for any of our offers.
It’s simple. We’re so confident that we’re offering you a fantastic deal, we’ll refund the difference if you find the same product or service cheaper on any other UK website within 24 hours of your purchase.
To request a price match refund, just email us including:
- the name of the website where the product is cheaper,
- and a telephone number, address, website, and email if available.
- We will then review the details and reply to you via email within three business days.
Upon our acceptance of your refund request, please allow 14 days for delivery of your refund which will be credited as a second transaction on your credit or debit card. The time taken for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement varies so the amount may not show on your next statement.
Please note: to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price-match refund guarantee to genuine customers, the acceptance of all refund requests is ultimately at the discretion of Horizon Direct Holidays, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.
You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions:
- The Horizon Direct refund guarantee applies only to internet retailers that have the identical product and/or goods in stock or service immediately available and the product, good and/or service is priced accurately.
- Price match requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase online at the website, email@example.com In the case of holiday products identical product includes the name of the Tour Operator.
- Please note, we do not offer the price match guarantee if you book just a flight.
- For flight + hotel and city breaks we offer the price match guarantee. To qualify, we must be satisfied that both products are identical, including the sub-class and flight + hotel found is actually available to book. This is if you can book for cheaper exactly the same flight, in the same class (eg Economy, Business) etc and at the same hotel. When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:
- Prices are compared on product price where comparisons include the product plus handling and delivery charges when calculating the competitor’s total price.
- The Horizon Direct Holidays refund guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, promotional offers or product-bundle pricing on the order.
- The Horizon Direct Holidays refund guarantee is limited to up to 24 hours of confirmation of the sale of the relevant product, good or service and must be delivered to the same address.
- The Horizon Direct Holidays refund guarantee is subject to change at any time and is only available to purchases made in the United Kingdom and with full ATOL protection.
